Detox

Toxins are more prominent in our food and our environment than our bodies are designed to filter out. Toxic foods, toxic products, environmental chemicals, stressful situations, and even toxic thoughts can all get in the way of fertility.

 



Movement helps the body's organs of elimination to function optimally-simply by getting them going. Moving the body helps to circulate both blood and lymph. The more they circulate, the more the liver and lymph nodes can do the job of cleansing and purifying the blood and lymph.






A healthy diet is the most important way to detoxify. Eating clean helps remove foods that interfere with detoxification or make you more toxic. Among them include fructose, which is found in soda (as high-fructose corn syrup or HFCS) but also in fruit juices and commercial juice cleanses. The best cleanse is a clean eating whole food cleanse!


 

Pineapple Blueberry Smoothie Bowl


Ingredients

  • 1 tbs ground flaxseed

  • ½ cup frozen pineapple

  • ½ cup frozen blueberries

  • 1 orange

Instructions

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Add unsweetened coconut milk if you have trouble blending. Top with granola, blueberries, and unsweetened coconut
