October is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month.

After my losses I found it hard to talk to people about my losses. So many responses left me feeling completely disconnected and alone.

I am grateful that most people don't know what it feels like to lose a baby. But for the 1 in 4 that do, feeling seen and heard can be a challenge.

Over the years I realized that people wanted to help me feel better but didn't know how. So I have created a guide to help you know the best things to say to support your friend or family member who has suffered a loss.
