Fish and Fertility

Fish are a great source of Omega 3s. Did you know that Omega 3s are essential to build baby's brain?

 




Omega 3s are essential for our own brain and mood health. They can help regulate cycles by providing the resouces we need for fertility. They are also necessary for building baby's brain!










Fish are excellent sources of vitamin B-12 and vitamin D in addition to Omega 3 and protein. Protein is important for feeling satiated and balancing blood sugar.







 

How to cook salmon

Pour an inch of lemon juice in an 8x8 dish. Soak salmon skin side up in dish for at least 30 min in the fridge Heat up a pan to med high heat then place salmon skin side down into pan. Add seasonings. (I like lemon pepper!) Cover and cook for 3-5 min Flip and cook another 3-5 min Serve with salad, and brown rice. Enjoy
