Welcome to The High Priestess Tarot School! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website, products, and services. By accessing, purchasing from, or enrolling in any of our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. General Information

  • These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, students, and users of our website, platforms, products, and services.

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or use our products and services. By making a purchase or enrolling in any program, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

2. Programs and Services

The High Priestess Tarot School offers a variety of programs, memberships, and digital products, including but not limited to:

  • High Priestess Tarot School (HPTS)

  • Tarot Mastery Circle (TMC)

  • Sacred Vision Society (SVS)

  • SVS Creator Vault

  • CEO Circle

  • Founders Forge (hosted on Skool)

  • Tarot Practice Academy (TPA) — currently closed to new enrollment

  • Magic & Intuition Mastery (MIM) — currently closed to new enrollment

  • Digital products, order add-ons, coaching programs, and other offerings as introduced

We reserve the right to introduce, modify, restructure, rename, merge, or discontinue any program, membership tier, product, or service at any time without liability. See Section 10 (Modification of Services) for details.

3. Refund Policy

Digital Products

  • All sales of digital products are final. Once delivered, digital products are non-refundable.

Order Add-Ons

  • Order add-ons are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Membership Programs

  • High Priestess Tarot School (HPTS): Eligible for a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. Refunds will not be provided after this period.

  • Tarot Mastery Circle (TMC): Eligible for a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. Refunds will not be provided after this period.

  • Sacred Vision Society (SVS) and SVS Creator Vault: Eligible for a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. Refunds will not be provided after this period.

  • CEO Circle: Eligible for a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. Refunds will not be provided after this period.

  • Founders Forge: Hosted on the Skool platform. Refund eligibility is subject to Skool’s platform terms and policies in addition to these Terms. Members are encouraged to review Skool’s terms of service at skool.com/legal.

  • Tarot Practice Academy (TPA): Eligible for a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. Refunds will not be provided after this period.

  • Magic & Intuition Mastery (MIM): Eligible for a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. Refunds will not be provided after this period.

Coaching Programs

  • All coaching programs are non-refundable.

  • Unused sessions within coaching programs are non-refundable and cannot be transferred or carried forward.

4. Cancellation and Termination Policy

Cancellation by Member

  • Members may cancel their recurring membership or subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting us at support@sunnysink.com.

  • Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to your membership benefits through the remainder of your paid subscription term.

  • No partial refunds or pro-rated refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing cycle.

  • For Founders Forge memberships hosted on Skool, cancellation procedures are governed by Skool’s platform in accordance with their terms of service, in addition to these Terms.

Termination by The High Priestess Tarot School

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any program, membership, or service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms, is harmful to other members, or is otherwise objectionable.

  • In the event of termination for violation of these Terms, no refund will be issued.

5. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment plans, where available, must be adhered to in accordance with the agreed-upon schedule. Failure to complete payment plan obligations may result in immediate loss of access to products, services, or membership benefits.

  • Outstanding payment plan balances remain due regardless of cancellation or termination of access.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, materials, curricula, templates, resources, recordings, frameworks, methodologies, and proprietary systems provided by The High Priestess Tarot School are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

  • Purchasing or enrolling in any program does not transfer ownership or licensing rights to you. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use purchased materials for your personal and professional development only.

  • You may not share, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or otherwise make available any content to third parties without explicit written consent.

  • Screenshots, screen recordings, AI-assisted reproduction or extraction, and any other method of capturing, duplicating, or repurposing our materials are strictly prohibited.

  • Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may subject you to legal action.

7. Use of Services

By purchasing or using our services, you agree not to:

  • Share login credentials or access to paid products, platforms, or communities with others.

  • Use our materials for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

  • Resell, sublicense, or reproduce our materials for personal or commercial gain.

  • Engage in disruptive, abusive, or harassing behavior within any community, platform, or group associated with The High Priestess Tarot School.

  • Use automated tools, bots, or AI systems to scrape, extract, or reproduce content from our platforms or materials.

8. Disclaimers

  • All products and services provided by The High Priestess Tarot School are for educational and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or income levels.

  • Individual results will vary based on effort, experience, market conditions, and other factors. Testimonials, case studies, and examples shared are illustrative and do not represent a guarantee of similar results.

  • Tarot readings and related services are intended for personal insight and self-reflection. They are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice.

  • Our programs and services do not create a fiduciary, professional advisory, employer-employee, or therapist-client relationship.

  • All services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

The High Priestess Tarot School, its owner, team members, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our products, services, platforms, or materials. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.

10. Modification of Services

The High Priestess Tarot School reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, restructure, rebrand, reprice, merge, pause, or discontinue any program, membership tier, product, feature, content, or service at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you. This includes but is not limited to changes in pricing, tier structures, included features, delivery methods, platforms, content libraries, and community access. Your continued use of our services following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

11. Force Majeure

The High Priestess Tarot School shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemic or epidemic, acts of government, internet or technology failures, platform outages, power outages, illness, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event, and we will make reasonable efforts to resume services as soon as practicable.

12. Dispute Resolution

  • Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to first contact us at support@sunnysink.com to attempt to resolve the matter informally. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve any concern within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice.

  • Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Arbitration shall take place in the State of Arizona, or remotely at the discretion of the arbitrator. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

  • Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only, and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.

  • Small Claims Exception: Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes within the court’s jurisdictional limits.

13. Platform-Specific Terms

Certain programs and services are hosted on third-party platforms, including but not limited to Skool, ClickFunnels, WordPress, and other platforms as utilized. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies in addition to these Terms. The High Priestess Tarot School is not responsible for the terms, policies, features, or limitations of third-party platforms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes not resolved through the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 12 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Arizona.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any program-specific enrollment agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and The High Priestess Tarot School regarding your use of our services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
