3 Easy Steps to Magic and Miracles
3 Easy Steps to Magic and Miracles

Do you believe in magic and miracles? The idea of something inexplicable happening in our lives that brings us joy, love, or success is fascinating. We all crave a bit of magic in our lives, but many of us believe that it is beyond our control. The truth is that we can tap into the power of magic and miracles by following three simple steps. In this blog, we will explore these steps and how you can use them to create positive changes in your life. So, get ready to unlock the potential of magic and miracles with these easy-to-follow steps.
Step one: Set an intention
Intentions help us stay centered and focused on what we want. They put energy into the universe so that it knows what we are looking for.
Oftentimes, we only set intentions for big things. A key to sticking to your intention is starting in smaller, digestible steps rather than trying to tackle it all at once. I’ve walked into a room in my house with the intention to clean the whole room and felt instantly overwhelmed. I didn’t know where to start and it all felt like too much. I decided to narrow it down by picking one task: cleaning off my filing cabinet. This felt so much more manageable. Focusing on what you want to do first can help you create a guide to how you want to tackle something.
We all have goals and plans to follow, but we may forget to set intentions around them. Something that helps me is setting intentions on a regular basis. Setting an intention throughout your day for every task can help you stay focused on what it is that you want to accomplish, and how you want to go about doing it. This could be getting in your car and setting the intention to have a peaceful, enjoyable drive, or setting the intention to go with the flow and be patient before joining a long line at the coffee shop.
When I started setting multiple intentions throughout the day, I found that it helps keep me on track. It also gives me the chance to reflect on what I’m doing as I go about my day. I ask myself questions like, “What am I doing this for? Why am I doing this? What do I hope to achieve?” Setting intentions is a powerful and more present way of going about the day.
Step two: Action inspired by intention
This is the time to start putting your intentions into action! Action backed by intention is what helps move the needle to what you’re trying to achieve. As a coach, this is how I mentor my clients. It is my objective to help them reach their goals, so I help them focus their attention on where they are and where they would like to be. If they would like to work on self-love, for example, they might say: I am currently doubting and blaming myself. I would like to be at a place where I am accepting and loving myself. Next, I’ll ask if there’s a step they can take to reach that goal. These are called action steps. Action steps for self-love could be setting a boundary, practicing mirror work, or writing a letter of forgiveness to yourself. It’s important to note that there are no right or wrong steps. Not everything that works for one person will work for someone else. Pick what feels right to you.
A fun way to put your intentions into action is by making moon water! Set your intentions into a transparent container of drinking water, leave it outside after the sun sets, and bring it back inside before the sun rises in the morning. You can do this during any moon phase, but it is most powerful around the full moon. So if you set your water with the intention of courage, for example, you will feel a sense of courage as you drink that water. It’s a reminder of the energy already programmed into the water.
Step three: Belief
This is the hardest step.
Belief. Have you noticed that when you believe something to be true, the situations in your life become confirmations of your beliefs? Scientists have found that when people are given a sugar pill and are told that it will help with their disease, a decent number of people report an improvement in symptoms. This goes to show just how capable your mind is of not just physical healing but mental healing. The mind holds so much power. You control so much with your beliefs!
If you’ve done the first two steps and nothing is happening, then you may be getting stuck in this step. If you run into this ask yourself what beliefs may be getting in the way of your manifestation.
A common belief is “I’m not good enough”. Feel where that belief is in your body and notice how it feels in your body.
When was the first time you felt this feeling? When did you decide you weren’t good enough? Likely, you were a child and interpreted something that was going on in your life to mean that you weren’t good enough. Challenge yourself to find a different explanation.
